Als Account ManagerIn bist du die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Kunden, KandidatInnen unseres Programms und nahezu allen Teams (inter)national. Dies ermöglicht dir ein sehr vielfältiges Umfeld mit Einblick in alle Bereiche der Reise, die unsere Pflegekräfte durchlaufen von Bewerbung für unser Programm bis hin zur erfolgreichen Integration als anerkannte Pflegefachkraft in einem Krankenhaus in Deutschland.

Mögliche Besuche unserer Sprachschulen in Mexiko, Kolumbien, Tunesien und Indien

360° Umfeld: Kontakt mit Kunden, KandidatInnen und nahezu allen unseren Teams
eigenständige Einteilung der Arbeitszeit und 2 Wochentage Remote Arbeit
nach einem Jahr Betriebszugehörigkeit kannst du im Workation Modell auch aus dem Ausland heraus arbeiten
unsere Büroräume in der Düsseldorf Altstadt bieten direkten Zugang zur längsten Theke der Welt

Diese Fähigkeiten bringst Du mit

Must-Have:

Erste Erfahrungen im Account Management, Kundenkontakt und/oder Projektmanagement
Erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Projektmanagement
Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, sehr gute Koordinations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten
Eigeninitiative, Offenheit und Empathie, Analytisches Denken und Kommunikationsstärke
Hohes Maß an Reisebereitschaft, sowie fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Nice-to-have:

Begeisterung für Gesundheitswesen, Migration und Personalwesen
Idealerweise Vorkenntnisse im Gesundheitswesen
Erfahrung in der Betreuung von Key-Accounts

About the role & your impact

As an Account Manager, you are the central interface between our clients, candidates of our program and almost all teams (inter)nationally. This gives you a very diverse environment with insight into all parts of the journey our nurses go through from application for our program to successful integration as a recognized nurse in a hospital in Germany.

Skills you bring to the table

Must-Have:

First experience in account management, customer contact and/or project management
Initial experience in project management
Structured way of working, very good coordination and organizational skills
Initiative, openness and empathy, analytical thinking and strong communication skills
High degree of willingness to travel, as well as fluency in German and English

Nice-to-have:

Enthusiasm for healthcare, migration and human resources
Ideally previous experience in the healthcare sector
Experience in the support of key accounts
